Crystal, an experienced E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, is also an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. With her extensive training and empathetic teaching style, Crystal is committed to helping you achieve your fitness and wellness goals. She ensures that every class is a nurturing environment where you can thrive physically, mentally, and spiritually.

Class Descriptions

Vinyasa: Often called a “Flow” class, Vinyasa aims to link breath with movement through a flowing series of postures.


Gentle Yoga: This is a slower paced class designed for beginners or those looking to spend more time exploring postures.


Power Yoga: An energizing flow designed to build strength and mobility. Expect to move, sweat and be challenged.


Restorative Yoga: A restful practice with little to no movement. Shapes are held with use of
supportive props such as blankets and bolsters. Emphasis on restoring the body by finding stillness in a deep meditative practice.


Deep Stretch: Poses in the class are held for some time. Allowing the body to open to a wider range of flexibility. This is the perfect class for those with tight bodies looking for increased mobility.
